This arrived broken. The face was smashed. I tried to return for a replacement but they told me the "parts" are not available. Customer service sucks!

I know this looked beautiful on the site, but I was blown away at how gorgeous it is in person! I love the darkness of the black...very deep black and sets off the green eyes to perfection. I am more than pleased at the quality and craftsmanship of this product.
