Statue d'ours noir Snooping Cub

This pretty bear arrived broken. I am asking Wayfair to fix the problem but they want me to return the broken bear. I'll be overseas with the military the next 10 months, I won't be here and won't be able to return it. Now I am stuck with a useless broken bear. Not only the bear is broken, so is my heart.

I absolutely love this little bear cub, and he arrived quickly, well packaged, and in perfect shape. He is so realistic both my cats went up and sniffed him in the nose. I will spray him with UV protectant before he gets to go outside. I plan on ordering more statues from this site.

I Purchased this as a gift for my mother for her birthday. It was just her birthday yesterday and when she opened it, this was the condition of the bear. I looked online to get a replacement, but they said the window is closed. I didn’t want to open it as to spoil the surprise for her so I guess I’m stuck with $150 broken bear. So very disappointed as it had good reviews.
