This awning is as described. However it is so tight of a fit on the frame I was not able to align the velcro on the cover to the frame perfectly. It also came with absolutely no instructions. I didnt realize where the velcro sided frame pieces went the first time I connected, so had to take back apart once it tried to place the cover and saw I had assembled incorrectly. I had to utube how the use the mounting bolts that came with it. Even though the velcro doesnt meet up quite flush, it will be helflpful to keep the sun off my fish cleaning station.

This is a very sturdy framed awning. It was well packed and protected. It is simple to put together and looks great. The canvas awning has weight to It and should hold up well to the weather. It fits tightly over the frame for a very finished look.

We like this awning so much we ordered a second one! It was very easy to assemble, only took about 30 minutes, but mounting it did require a second person. The quality of the materials is impressive, and gives our shop a little character.

I ordered this originally for a patio but decided to install it on my sons home. However, due to horrible weather the past few weeks we have not installed it. This is a very sturdy canopy. It did not come with instructions but I figured it out... pretty cut and dry. Screws nuts bolts washers etc self-explanatory if youve ever assembled anything as to where it goes. The velcro is very sturdy and took a little bit of effort to stretch the canopy to put it on but it fits great its a quality canvas with vinyl backing. The frame is very well made and very sturdy. Five stars because of quality. I cant knock a star just because it didnt have instructions.

This is the first Wayfair item that I have ordered that will get a poor review. The frame of the item is strong and looks like it would withstand all types of weather. It was easily assembled with good hardware. However, the one star review is due to the fact that the blue polyester cover that goes over the frame does not fit the frame properly. The frame has velcro edges and the the cover also does. The cover is about an inch too short to reach the velcro on the frame. It is very nice quality. but not usable once assembled as the cover can only be partially attached.
