In summary, you can spend many $$s more, but these are attractive chairs that fold to an 'almost flat footprint' for storage, at a good price point, @ $105/chair. After a good deal of research and reading many reviews, I ordered the Mcallier Folding Plastic/Resin Adirondack Chair, apparently made by Resin TEAK. I liked the style of bracing below the arms and the clean design of the folding apparatus at the back side of the chair. It's the familiar 'Adirondack chair' design with a slightly curved back rest. Packaging was well done with a well sized, heavy corrugated outer box that shipped well also. Bubble wrap and saran was used to secure the contents. The hardware packages and instructions were well thought out with each unique fastener group labeled and bagged individually (see image). The hardware gauge is adequate. The instructions are clearly written and call out each fastener by type and assigned code letter (also on each fastener package). Each chair took about 20 mins to assemble while following the written steps. The HDPE material is dense which give the chair a good weight for outdoor use (each is approximately 30lbs) so it won't be blown over like our cheap stacking resin chairs often do. 'Flat areas' of the surfaces (seat, back rest, arms) of the material are 'as molded' and are dimpled/pocked, not 'machine finished' as some higher end furniture pieces are. However, all these areas are smooth and have a machined radius on the edges. Supplied hardware/fasteners are stainless steel. Factory installed fasteners are countersunk and don't intrude into the seating area. I did notice that some of the holes on the front brace on both chairs were drilled slightly offset from the correct location during manufacture, but appear to have gone through a re-drilling process so that the fasteners and braces would fit correctly. (see image) A couple of assembly suggestions: Following the assembly sequence allows for one person to assemble the chair. Leave all fasteners slightly loose to aid in aligning the pieces, then tighten all as a final step Fight the urge to over torque the fasteners. HDPE is dense, but soft. If you use a power driver, adjust the clutch to a very low setting, then use the supplied hex wrench to make the final torque. The HDPE material is somewhat flexible. The assembled chair can be a bit 'wonky' if the nut/bolt fasteners are adjusted loose enough to allow the chair to fold easily. I chose to 'snug' the fasteners to give the chair more rigidity, then simply loosen those same bolts about 1/4 turn when it is time to fold for storage and all fold points will then pivot easily.

Please make the nuts a little bigger so I can get them over the bolts....It was rather frustrating, other than that easy set up

Nice looking, comfortable, and solid chair. Foldable, which is great for storing away in the winter. Blue color is amazing!
