Simple and elegant! Has good weight to it, works well with privacy

The first thing I want to note is that the description for this isn’t exactly accurate. This is not a planter box. It’s a metal privacy screen. That being said, the privacy screen is fantastic. It’s actually two separate pieces, but it covers a large area. It was perfect to make my deck space more private. Looks really nice and was easy to assemble.

They provide enough privacy and were the perfect size for my back patio. The panels come with stakes for grounding but for now we just have them sitting on the cement porch, while we try different layouts. The sand bags are adding temporary support. Assembly was easy but the wrench provided did not match the washers and screws; which made assembly longer than it should have taken. I had to use my hand to tighten the screws, until I could find the correct size wrench. I don't know if the holes or screws were stripped or if I was just sent the wrong tool kit. Overall the product is sturdy and stylish, so I'm happy with this choice.

We recently purchased two of these Privacy Metal Screen Fence Panels in the black powder-coated finish and installed them side by side on our back patio. While the finished result is fantastic, I do want to mention that assembly was much more challenging than we expected. What looked like a straightforward project ended up taking three experienced adults about 4 to 5 hours of steady work. The instructions were difficult to follow and referenced parts that weren't correctly labeled. The sub par included tools got us through the job, but a hex driver and ratchet will make the process much easier. The biggest challenge was sorting through the many screws and washers. Some threads were slightly off or were coated with paint, making them difficult to match and to get certain pieces to fit together properly. That said, once everything was assembled, the frustration faded. These panels look absolutely stunning. The horizontal stripe pattern lends a modern, upscale appearance, and the black finish looks clean and elegant. They provide exactly the privacy we wanted while still allowing natural light and airflow to come through. They also help block some of the direct Florida sun-rays without making our space feel closed in. The panels themselves are sturdy, appear durable and well-suited for our climate. In fact, we like them so much that we're considering purchasing additional panels to fully enclose our patio. Despite the assembly challenges, I would definitely recommend them for their appearance, privacy, and overall quality.

Due to wind, I framed the screen with wood and will attach it to the deck posts for privacy for our hot tub. My only complaint is the screw hole placement on the panels.
