I like it. Keeps seed dry. But my birds still go to my hopper style feeder. Maybe if they use this one, they will like it too!

The bird feeder should have a longer rod and threads for the ability to widen or narrow the space between the feeding tray and the protective cover. Just another inch or two would make the feeder more versatile. I also feel that the $64 price tag is expensive by about $15. I would not buy a second one at the same price. However, I do like the freder and it is functioning well - the birds flocked to it almost immediately.
