I purchased 2 of them. Due to very lousy packing job, received both package in a very bad shape and the parts were sticking out of the Boxes. There were no installation instruction Manual and the hardware that comes with it is only for mounting the Awning to the wall. On a YouTube Video shows that the four corner of the awning has to be tightened with screws in order to stand the high wind situation. But their hardware bag does not include the screws fits the aluminum bar at both end. Checked hardware store to find the right screw that would secure the arms to the Awnings side. Talked to customer service and send the picture of the installed Awning that needs screws. They said that they are going to send two sets of hardware for my both Awnings to solve the problem. after a week wait, they only sent one hardware zip-bag that did not have side screws to secure the Awnings. It was the same zip-bag that originally came with the boxes. So no instruction on how to install and no screws that would secure the Anning during high wind season. Please see the attached photo

Awnings very good buy,I recommended excellent doors and windows protection fron: sun,snow,rain I love it.

Disappointed with the quality and no instructions. All plastic so hope it holds up to weather. Swing was not cut to the correct length so had to cut ourselves which resulted in dimpling in plastic swing cover. Would not recommend purchasing.

Lousy packaging, and was a used product. Parts bag was flimsy and had a hole in it with parts missing. A rip-off in cost to return.
