This was an open box. Everything was perfect! I use it 3 or 4 nights a week!

Product was easy to install although needed two people. Sauna takes over 20 minutes to get to a reading of 140 degrees. However, mine didn’t feel that warm so I brought in two separate thermometers and each reached a maximum of 116 degrees, barely enough to make me break a sweat even after 20 minutes in the sauna. I noticed the bottom left side of the glass door was not installed correctly by the company and so there’s a leak which lets out warm air and cold air comes in. If company fixes that issue, i’d change my rating to a 5. It is a beautiful sauna, love the lighting options, and the bluetooth option is great as I can watch shows through the glass window and hear them perfectly. Tried to use the “Chat” function on the Wayfair site to get assistance and it kept stating they couldn’t find my order and asking me to log in to my account, which I was already logged in to.

Super excited, great quality, smells like wood, and is my first time trying it, and its working amazingly after 20 min Im already sweating, it was super easy to assemble but it requires 2 people to do it.

This would be easy to put together if the pieces lined up right. Our bottom did not match the picture or description, so when we put the wall to the left of the door, with the button for timer and heating, it was a hassle— my husband had to really work the lat h and bend it to fit. I’m pretty sure we leak hot air now because of it. I wonder if mine is warped or defective Only had issues with that piece. Otherwise it’s a great sauna. Says it fits two people, but I worry how much weight the floor and the bend can hold. I did get a great sweat at 130 degrees and will work my way up to 140, it’s max. The lights changing colors is cool and I look forward to trying out the MP3, although I do t think it’s safe to have my phone in the sauna… so not sure how that works. Instructions and limitations could be better stated!
