Outdoor Aluminum Frame Hardtop Patio Gazebo

I'm proactively giving a good rating, and will be back after assembly tomorrow. Good price, and I did some comparisons. I'm disappointed about the delivery. I've had large items delivered before a walk-in tub, custom sofa sleeper and both times, with specific, confirmed delivery instructions - had to get assertive with delivery guys, who prefer to drop these and similar items on my driveway in plain site. For this gazebo delivery, my instructions were to put these heavy boxes in my garage, which didnt happen. The garage doors were wide open FedX never cooperates UPS does. I can always depend on UPS. Ill see how this Assembly goes and then write my review. I'M BACK! Paying for the assembly was smart. 2 guys in uniforms showed up 7 am promptly the day of the predicted storm, and moved the boxes into my garage. They returned the following morning 7 am sharp, laid out all the pieces and had the gazebo built and secured to my deck. Then with owner supervising, the drapes/netting hung with completion in record time at 10:30 am. The gazebo is absolutely beautiful. My neighbor even took pictures of it. The addition of Wayfair's outdoor carpet ties it all together.

Beautiful and has held up very well. Assembly was difficult but able to do it without professional help.

Wayfair is the worst shopping experience I have ever had. From ordering to shipping (still missing a box possibly, no one seems to know) down to installation set up. There hasn't been a day in a week that I haven't been on the phone with Wayfair.

The important issue for me was the distance from the outside edge of the mounting pads to ensure it would fit on my 11 x 11 ft concrete pad. Yours was listed as 10.6 ft which appeared to be the critical dimension. It wasn't. It barely fit inside the 11x11 pad. We actually drilled new mounting holes in the mounting pads closer to the post to prevent the concrete from cracking out. The "Z clips" that fit on the sloped sides of the roof panels slip off easily and the mounting instructions for installing the panels is just wrong. You cannot mount the bottom roof support rails before installing the roof panels. The shift left and down arrows to install the panels does not work. We left the bottom support rail off, installed the biggest panel first and slid in the next two smaller panels and then added the support rail. Several times the Z clips popped off so had to pry them out of the side rails and start over. Although the boxes looked good on the outside, there was damage on several roof panels that had to be straightened out. The curtains have a tie strap at the bottom but there was not a middle tie strap as indicated in the photos and nothing was listed in the instructions. There was no indication on the width of the posts. They are approx. 3" wide. I probably would have gone to a wider post width. Took two people 2 days to assemble it. Only been up for a few days so far. Looks great. Worried about all the spots left for insects to create homes.
