Bought these because of the sand base to prevent the heater from tipping over. The heaters arrived with no sand base. Called Wayfair, was promised they would have the supplier ship the bases out ASAP. Received an email, the sand boxes shipment is delayed. Now I have 3 heaters, half assembled sitting in the garage. Ugh!!! Hence the 2 star review. Can’t use the heaters without the sand boxes as the wind will definitely tip the heaters over. Not sure why the sand boxes were not included in the original packaging when the item I ordered specifically stated sand boxes included.

Excellent quality heater. Seems well built. Lost one star due to the the lack of tipping attachment. But sand/water base is included. So far, has stayed upright in the wind.
