Delivery was on time, easy to build and looks great in my backyard. Guests were commenting on how great the chairs looked. Looking into buying more in the future

Seat and back are plastic, frame is metal. Still, seems like a solid chair set once put together.

Very disappointed that it says metal chairs when they are not fully metal. I was looking for something that was fully metal to match our others sets and withstand weather.

I ordered these chairs because I thought they would be constructed fully out of metal. It is disappointing that the product specifications did not include an explanation of the material used for the seat back and the seats. These chairs have steel frames, but the seat and seat backs are made of a flimsy plastic material. Another disappointing aspect of these chairs is that they do not stack on top of each other. For the price, I am not surprised by the quality. They will work just fine in our backyard, but I would didn’t purchase these if you are looking for a heavy duty, fully metal, long lasting outdoor seating option. I decided to keep them because I did not want the hassle of returning them, but if I had known the seat and seatbacks were plastic, I would have thought twice about purchasing. However, to the credit of the design, the frames themselves seem durable enough, and I do like the fact that I could purchase four chairs under $200.
