Cushions don’t tie or stick to the seats, material feels like a cheap wicker plastic, and overall just feels pretty cheap. I am not happy with this purchase and wish we got something else.

This couch has been a headache to put together. Three of us working on it for 3 hours with poor directions, and no flexibility in the frame coming together, which isn’t always perfectly straight. This is the first time no extra screws were sent, which would have been very helpful because the threading on these screws wears out quickly so when you need to loosen some that you have put in, they strip easily. I may be kicking myself for not spending the extra money and getting a mor conftabke couch.

The Wicker Patio chairs are so pretty and comfortable. So easy to assemble and look great on my deck. Love the color and the material is made for the weather we get. The chair is a plastic wicker and the cushions are weather proof and very durable. So glad I picked this item.

Nice sofa after getting a replacement part. There was a large piece that was crooked, which made it misaligned but after several back and forth messages and receiving the replacement it came together nicely.

A little challenging to put together as not all the parts were labeled. The hardware also fell out of the slightly torn box prior to delivery so had to order replacement parts to complete it. But the actual furniture looks and feels great!
