The patio sofa is fine, but Wayfair somehow didn’t charge me the tax on the order, and then didn’t notify me that my transaction hadn’t been completed. After two weeks, I logged on to see the status of my order and saw that I still owed the tax of $14.92 on my almost $200 order. I paid the tax, but then the delivery of my item still took a week - and multiple calls to service had dropped calls and incorrect information provided. Their service center needs work.

These chairs arrived quickly. The assembly instructions were easy to follow. These are actually 2 chairs not a patio sofa as described. The “wicker” material is somewhat thin and does not seem very durable. The cushions are very nice and are very thick. Overall chairs are comfortable

These are extremely difficult to put together. The holes hardly line up. The product also wasn’t packaged that great as the one side has two indents from being smooshed into another piece. The cushions are very minimal. They are nice to look at though.

They are cheap in price but they are really luxury chairs and very very comfortable
