Lovall Premium All-Weather Wicker 7 - Person Patio Conversation Sets with Cushions

This is one of the worst experiences I have ever been through. Wayfairs shipper delivered my furniture to the wrong address. Using the picture they provided I was able to locate the furniture several blocks away. It was delivered to a neighbors home where it blocked the entry. I contacted Wayfair and asked them to contact their shipper to move it to my home. Their solution was for me to wait 3 days then report it! I had to hire a man with the truck to pick up the furniture and deliver it to my home. Wayfair offered nothing to cover the cost of their shippers mistake. I also paid for professional assembly which Wayfair simply shifted off to Angi. They scheduled the assembly three times and canceled three times, the last time saying theyre going to give me a refund. Unfortunately this is a vacation home and I am not in state I had to have friends drive 50 miles to meet the assembly professional each time. Each time was a no-showcancelation. The reason I paid for professional assembly was because most of the complaints in the ratings on Wayfair about the furniture had to do with pre-existing damage and stripped screws, etc. I thought by paying for professional assembly I could eliminate these two downsides. As it turned out I ended up with a complete mess on my hands. Angi simply said sorry we cant provide this service and theres nothing we can do about it. Wayfair said they cant compensate me for damages caused by a third party. It was not a third party, it was their service provider. Lousy customer service!!! I cant rate their product because its still in boxes on my porch 1,500 mi from me - and will still be there when I arrive next month.

Great patio set so far especially for the price!! It has held up well in the craziness of Florida weather!

Looks great on our screened porch! Thorough instructions helped assembly a lot. Strong and comfortable chairs, couch and love seat. Can't wait to light up the fire table!

Great looking deck furniture! Not too easy to put together, but sturdy when done. Was happy that even the side table had done heft to it. Packaging was great and all parts and pieces included. Quite comfortable too!

So far loving it. Only had it for one week now. It was exactly how it was described. Not to hard to understand how to put it together. Looks great on my camping deck.

I love it and the color. The couple of accent pillows are a bonus. I was reading comments of people saying it was hard to put together but my husband didn’t find it to difficult

Very nice set! Instructions could be better but very nice once put together. The fire tables instructions were good though. Love the color too!!

We really like this set. The cushions are comfortable and the colors were as expected. As for the quality, the gliders started squeaking on day 2 and the fire table had a dent on the side of the metal top and a chip on one of the tiles. *update- after contacting customer service, the manufacturer has been nothing but helpful in fixing the issue with the fire table. They sent replacements parts however they were for a different sized table. Once notified they stated they didn't have a replacement top in the size we needed, so they sent us an entire new table.
