There's a lot of room to improve on this chair. First of all you can't sit up like a regular chair. You're almost laying down. It is extremely hard to put together! And that is an understatement! It took two of us to push and pull on the arms to get them in a place where you could put the screws. I bought two and sent one back, not wanting to go through putting another one together.

great chair. Super comfortable, I bought two. The first one was super easy to put together. The second one however, would not fit together. I’m trying to figure out how to return it.

Poor quality. Came damaged fake plastic wicker unraveling. Return process cumbersome. Won’t buy from Wayfair again.

Love this chair Was a little challenging putting this together. But was worth the struggle. So comfy!

now I see why it costs $90 to assemble. It is a nightmare!!! Screws don't fit and the legs didn't line up with the brackets. I was able to request a new leg and I hope longer screws for assembling the legs with the cross brackets. Make sure you have patience because you are going to need it!!
