It meets my needs but does have a few issues. I was missing 3 washers and 1 hole was not drilled in the exact location for the screw. I was able to resolve both. The lid does not close down completely. I will have to add some velcro strips to hopefully close it all the way. The bag inside is waterproof except where the zippers meet so a little water gets in to the cushions. Water that is on the bag can be easily dumped by tilting the bench as it is lightweight. 7/15/21 So much for my earlier comments. Bag totally filled with water. You must cover the entire bench with some other form of waterproof material. My cushions were completely filled up with water. Nice looking bench but I have now placed the cushions inside black trash bags to keep them dry (hopefully).

Straightforward instructions. Is nice and sturdy
