We would have given this five stars if it were not for missing parts and some quality control issues. We purchased this pergola and had a slight delay in assembling it since our paved patio ran a little behind schedule. We opened the box immediately and used the enclosed instructions to account for all pieces and parts, but it was about a month until we could assemble it. Though we were conscientious , there were issues we could not anticipate. Multiple parts were drilled off kilter, so the screws going through two parts were misaligned with the counter sink bolts in the main frame. We ended up drilling out ( expanding) the middle holes to allow for alignment. These are issues quality control should catch. It would make assembly faster and easier. One of the counter sunk bolts for the bar bench (part V) for part 5 to screw into was missing. This is something that quality control should have caught. We are unable to bother the fourth corner on one barbench. One of the long screws ( part 10) was not machined with screw grooves— it is a steel pin. I will do my best to attach a photo of that as well. We cannot screw into one arch (part O) of the overhead arch consisting of I and J. We will be reaching out through Wayfair to see what can be done about replacing the counter sink bolts to fasten to part 5 on the barbench. If these cannot be easily replaced, my rating will be less than one because we will need to invest significant time, money, and energy in DIY repairs. Great pergola if we get the parts we need that should have been included. Terrible buy if you consider the time invested and the question of whether this can be resolved. Can Wayfair make this right

I love my new pergola! It fits perfectly on my patio.

I live in my RV and needed some extra outdoor space, but technically, I cant build anything permemant at the rv park. Since it is long-term there, we just cant have any fixed structures, so this one works perfectly. It could come down when if i needed to. A neighbor had this in gray, and it fit perfectly on our already made concrete patio they provide for us! It Looks great!! Everything is included and it feels very secure. It was fairly simple to set up, but I did ask my 2 neighbors to help when it was time to put it all up. This is a really attractive and well-made addition to my outdoor living. I had six different people compliment this gazebo during the short time Ive had it set up. I ended up ordering the natural wood color but ended up staining it once we got it together. The darker brown went with my RV much better. Overall, this company has great customer service and a great warranty on this product so I feel confident in this beautiful gazebo canopy! I forgot to take set up pics but did of the finished product. I absolutely love it!!

This pergola is exactly what wanted. It is sturdy, natural looking and the wood is treated so it won’t rot. I enjoy that a built in table is present for placing food and drinks while entertaining company. It was an added bonus that the corners can be used as a trellis for crop next summer. We often have pea trellises through the yard so this is a functional piece of patio furniture. It took two people and about 3.5 hours to set up. The instructions were good and the craftsmanship is well engineered

This pergola is beautiful and well made. Me and my husband put it together in about half a day. Everything is well done, really love it!
