these shutters take stain well and look like real wood. also appreciate wayfairs prompt response to replace 2 shutters that were damaged by the shipper. want to see how these hold up to weather before rating as a 5.

Worth every penny! Purchased a tired 1970s home that needed a facelift on a budget. These shutters made all the difference. These are very lightweight. Were packaged and transported well. Material is same on all sides so if you’re worried about tackling a DIY stain/varnish, don’t hesitate….test stain on the rear. We predrilled our holes before staining and numbered shutters on rear for easy rehang. (After/before pics)
