Very High Quality shutters but poor shipping. The Shutters are Extremely heavy. Needs better quality shipping boxes. The boxes were beat up by the time they got to me and the shutters were scratched and chipped and all the mounting brackets\instructions were gone. Wayfair credited me back. Would only buy again if packaging was better.

Wonderful addition very proud of this purchase

We waited a very long time to receive the product. These shutters were beautiful when we received them, but did not include any instructions on installing them, nor any hardware to install. Once we had an installer put them on, within 3 months one of the shutters warped in the heat of the summer temperature. I contacted Wayfair, who then referred me directly to the manufacturer. The representative at the company informed me that there should have been instructions and a particular type of hardware exclusive to this product to install them. They sent the instructions, but only part of the hardware. Our installer told us that the hardware package was incomplete, as per the instructions he was using from the manufacturer. When we again contacted the manufacturer, they sent another batch of hardware. This is now the third time having a problem getting these shutters installed, and we still don't know if reinstalling them with the correct hardware will solve the problem of the warped shutter, as the representative said it would. This all occurred during COVID, and getting an installer has been a very challenging problem, one that we still face as installers are now completely overwhelmed with work. This has been a huge hassle for us, not to mention the fact that our shutters are still warped and look terrible on our home. I would not recommend this product.

Beautiful shutters; the red is perfect not bright and adds that pop to our house. Very well built, solid and very heavy. I ordered a very large size so they were more difficult to put up and glad that we hired it out.

The composite material is comparable to pressed cardboard and I'm not sure how this will hold up. Also, I wouldn't waste the money buying the primed option and do it yourself. The plastic hardware is also useless and I bought some metal L brackets. Not worth the money. Best scenario would be if you installed them on a porch with an awning and the shutters received no weather.
