I didn’t have many options for this type of product. My only issue is if the plastic pieces with hold up

Everything I purchase from Wayfair is high quality. I was not disappointed with the sun blocking screens. Easy to assemble. Sturdy and they are doing what I want them to do! I'm satisfied.

Quite sturdy, but a bit difficult to follow instructions. We had to improvise at one juncture because the instructions did not provide what was needed to continue forward.

Took about an hour and a half to put together. The cedar smells soooo good.

The panels are great in themselves. The customer service on the other hand is less than any stars. The orders were missing the bar to operate the louvers. Called cust svc; they said ok, we will send replacement parts. Ok, great. I follow up and all of a sudden I have to replace the whole thing; they cant send just the 1 bar. It will cost Wayfair more money to return the item (5 of them) and replace it, then it would to have them open a box and send the metal bar and send back that package to the manufacturer. I paid someone to put them together. Im sure they are not going to reimburse for that. Update: Actually there is no bar, as pictured in the instructions, however, the louvers do link together via some plastic arms and plastic buttons that are included, so it worked out ok. Didnt have to go thru the hassle of returning them. Now the other part is, customer service should have been able to explain how this was put together.
