I'm very happy with my Gazebo! I guess I'm one of the lucky ones, nothing was damaged in shipping. The only damage was from me dropping pieces. It was not to terrible to put together. Just follow the instructions and make sure you have an allen tool for your drill. ONE PIECE OF ADVICE!! When you get to page 14 in the instructions...do not put C1 & C2 the roof border on. Put the roof on and then put the border on. There is no possible way to put the roof panels on with the trim pcs in place!! Make sure you have something to hold the roof pcs in place while screwing them in. I used a long screw and just put it through the holes to hold them in place. Most of the holes lined up well. There were a few that were tricky to get the screws in. But it's all together now. Looking forward to having a sturdy year round, good looking gazebo!

PRO: Everything was labeled great. CON: some pieces didn’t line up with the holes and the roof panels, but they’re very difficult to work with. On every roof panel there are piece pieces labeled Z, Z1 & Z2. They just slide on the end of the roof panels, but they fall off very easily. I do not know how anyone keeps them on. I ended up cutting strips of duct tape and taping every piece onto the panels so they didn’t move. It must’ve been around 200 pieces of duct tape that I had to cut. See attached photo. Wayfair customer service was great.

We love this gazebo! We have had it for a few years now and has held up nicely even through our harsh Ohio winters. We get compliments on it all the time.

My husband and I LOVE our new Gazebo!! When raining, no water goes in through the top! And the best part is that we don’t have to worry about removing it every winter!!!
