This grill is ok.. it definitely came beat up scratched almost seemed used some of the pieces were bent and had to be put together piece by piece I was not happy about the way we received it. I bought it for my husband as a bday gift he was exited and ended up putting it together it did make me sad and embarrassed that it came so poorly. I did contact Wayfair they offered replacement parts which I did not want as we did not want to have to put it back together etc and risk having pieces not coming in good shape they offered a discount from price I paid I ended up accepting and overall not 100 satisfied with the purchase but glad they made it right on someway. The grill does work perfectly fine.

This has been one of my worst Wayfair purchases. This grill must be completely assembled with tons of parts, and the instructions are abysmal! They are so unimaginably small that even with my phone magnifier I can’t make out parts. Plus, the instructions as written, in certain parts make absolutely no sense, and there is ZERO contact information for support. In fact, the instruction manual does not include any information at all regarding the manufacturer! I have been working on the assembly for around two hours and I am now at a place where I cannot move forward because I can’t make sense out of the instruction. Also, several parts arrived bent. Given the poor attention to detail and lack of manufacturing information I am very hesitant to even use this propane grill for fear of injury. I would definitely NOT recommend this product.
