Everyone is asking where our pergola is from. Gorgeous and well worth the spent. It took 4 people 5-6 hours to mount.

It took Wayfair 2 weeks, several emails, and finally a review and complaint directly to Erommy to get them to ship the final 2 boxes, as they had marked the product as 6 boxes not 8. We kept complaining and they kept responding that it was shipped in full—however we only had about 24 roof louvers out of 96. I’m giving the product 5*, but would highly recommend buying direct from Erommy and avoid dealing with Wayfair’s service and terrible AI.

Over the Winter the outer cover took a beating and needs to be replaced! Is this possible Otherwise loving the pergola but would love a replacement cover
