Nice gazebo. A few pieces came bent so that ruined the 5 stars but the customer service was great at fixing the issue for me. It took a while to put up and about 3 guys but…. It’s up and I love it

They did not send the correct parts to build the gazebo. By the time we realized some of the parts wouldn't work, the gazabo structure was half up. The manufacture dragged their feet and never sent the correct parts we needed. We ended up returning everything.

I was so excited to get this gazebo and couldn’t wait to have it set up on my yard. It took two people and a few hours to set up. The direction were thorough; however, I did need to adjust room panels as they were not sized correctly. Overall, I’m very please with the sturdiness of the framing. The curtains fade with the sun over time. The one thing that I do see that’s a negative would be the net that attaches to the poles. With wind and people passing by, the net tends to rip in the spot that it clips to the pole. Another downside is that you need to caulk small holes in the room that do not fit in properly. Other than that, I love the gazebo!!
