Estate Arch Wall Plaque

Twice wrong! This sign company does not meet their advertised specifications for the size and number of letters printed per line. They also decided to abbreviate the the third/bottom line when per advertised specification there were a sufficient number of characters/letters allowed to print the third line per my instructions with "DRIVE" not "DR". The third line characters are 50% larger than specified making the unwanted abbreviation necessary due to arbitrary character enlargement. Third line characters were not to be over 2 inches high but the sign came with 3 inch high letters that look too big and I didn't want any abbreviated words. Since this was a custom printing order I expected it to be printed per order instructions and I trusted the company to produce per specification in the Wayfair advertisement. After sending my written complaints to Wayfair and waiting for a replacement sign the very same errors appeared on the second sign delivered. This was my first Wayfair buying experience and no returns are allowed for custom orders. A refund has been requested. I regret the time and effort I've wasted trying to get what I ordered. Every time I look at the two incorrect signs I am disappointed.

great style and looks larger than you would guess by the specs. Amazing Price for the quality!

Really nice, heavy product. My only complaint is that it wasn't completely flat. There is a slight curvature to it and this may make mounting more difficult and less predictable over time.
