I wanted something different for a bird house in my yard. I found this football birdhouse and purchased it. In fact, this is my second one that I bought because the first one was pushed to the floor by my cat and it cracked in half. So, be careful where you set it as they crack very easily and bring it in during the winter months, as it will crack from the different temperatures in the cold and freezing months.

Love it.
