The turf looks very nice, quite dense. However, it came folded in a box and we’ve been working on it since they arrived. Can’t remove the wrinkles.

The box the product came in was very mangled with multiple retaped rips in the corners and one corner that was ripped and not retaped such that the product was exposed. On inspection, the product does not appear to have been damaged, however, I think this was sloppy shipping by the carrier - Fedex.
