These are perfect for starting plants. Pot is biodegradable so once the plant is established, the pot & plant go directly into the ground - no worries about distrubing newly formed roots.

I use these to start my tuberous begonias in the window. I really liked 'them when I used them last summer. The begonias looked great and the pots were actually still largely in tact, though soft, when I dug them up for the winter.

I really like these pots. It's great to not have the obligation of plastic. As long as you don't handle them while they are wet, they hold up well. They can tear really easily when they are wet.
