The rocks are as expected. The color matches the photo. They are slightly larger than I expected but I still love them. I think a mix with large and small stones would be a great option.

These look great in our new fire pit. We bought 2 different colored rocks in various sizes to make it look more authentic. May order another bag to cover the burner in the fire pit.

We purchased a modern metal gas firepit from Wayfair that came with red lava rocks. Wanting a more updated look we went with these and they're great. The only issue is that you only get like 20 rocks, so we have to order some more.
