What a pleasant surprise at this fryer. Fairly easy to put together and we will be able to fry fish outside, so the house doesn’t get too smelly. It has a lot of room for frying different items at the same time. I’m sure it will serve us for years to come.

The box was heavy but all the items were properly secured and carefully bubble wrapped. There are several parts to connect. Reading the instructions I took my time connecting the hoses because I wanted to make sure there would be no leaks. Overall I’m happy with the item I would just suggest adding a how to video for the hose and gage parts.

We got this so that we can fry fish (mostly) and not smell the house…. But also not heat up the house when we fry anything. It took awhile to put together, at least an hour. I think it looks great and we like the different size baskets and separate temperature gauges.
