If I could give a -20, stars, I would. I ordered brick red (clearly stated on the order form) and it is NOT red; it is brown. It is non-returnable, so I'm stuck with a $75 house number sign that I cannot use. In addition, the order did not state that this item was not returnable-I only found that out when I tried to return it. What a rip off! They can send anything they want to send and you have to accept it. So don't buy this item unless you want to gamble with your money.

Arrived late (understandable with COVID) but the numbers are mounted crooked on a cracked and then patched piece of metal. Not what I expected or was willing to pay for. Would like a refund.
