The top becomes concave and then collects water. The water seeps down into the bottom and drips rust on my rug. Regretting the purchase. Edit: 30 days later the umbrella holder is warping inside the plastic box, causing umbrella to tilt towards the ground. Total junk.

Good base for my extra large umbrella. I filled it with water and it has held up very well. No leaks and my umbrella has not tumbled over with the storms weve had.

Terrible product for outdoors. Center of base where umbrella holder attaches dips downward causing water to pool and leading to rust within weeks. Bad design and disappointed as my quest continues to find an umbrella base that won’t rust in Florida.

Bought for the option of moving around deck, and am very pleased. Filled it partially with windshield fluid so we can use in the winter too.

Exactly as described. Easy to assemble and use. Was easy to set up with umbrella. Easy to move around and stable.
