Does the job. Takes a bit to warm up but I still love it 4 months later!

Definitely need to do your push ups and get strong before moving this product. Had to remove each part one at a time from where ever the deliver driver left it. It is a great product, easy to assemble but need 2 people.

The sauna was delivered, and I got it already. When I opened it, I found one big part is broken badly and other two parts in the front door aside are broken. I have asked the installing technician came to my home trying install the sauna, due to three broken parts, the technician could not install it, so I had to pay him $400.00. I need a carpenter to come to fix the three broken parts, after that the sauna could be installed. If I hired a carpenter, I need to pay extra money for service fees. Please let me know how to solve this issues. I originally wanted to use it before Thanksgiving, but I still could not use it. So disappointed!

Absolutely amazing! My sauna arrived a week earlier than planned. The guys were great! The set up went good but one bulb for one of the heaters did not work, so I contacted the company. They were excellent! They will be sending a replacement bulb out. I can still use the sauna as is and I’m loving it! I’m very happy with it and highly recommend this!

Easy to put together without instructions. Heats up quick and gets hot!
