J’adore

Bon qualité/ prix payé !

Parasol et base du parasol reçus en 2 envois et 2 jours différents. Ce qui a causé un désagrément!

Garbage product. They sent a replacement umbrella and stand and this one does the same thing. The screw in post strips out into the base when the umbrella is opened and any tension is put on the base. I’d rather have my money back then two umbrellas that don’t serve their purpose.

Really disappointing product and customer service. Within a day of setting it up, the threads on the base support gave out (they are soft plastic), and the umbrella is so tilted as to be unusable. I reached out to Wayfair, who connected me with the manufacturer. They said it is a known issue with the current inventory, so they cant ship a replacement, and offered me a 15 refund. They acknowledged the product is bad but then only offered 15! I declined and am still waiting to hear back about returning it. Never had a Wayfair experience like this before.
