I think I am going to return not happy

This umbrella is one year old and going in the garbage. At first, rivets were falling out of it, and I would fix it. Now, one of the poles has broken from the top hub and is not repairable. Total waste of money and this has barely been used!

the base arrived without hardware. I am unable to use your product without and will ask for a full refund.

I love my umbrellas! It was the first time I bought large umbrellas. The blue color is perfect! The umbrellas are easy to adjust, tie up and cover when it’s raining. Thank you!

This is the worst purchase I have made in a long time. We bought it in May 2025. We followed the instructions for storing it for the winter, but when we went to use it this spring, it had broken. The string attaching the umbrella to the pole broke and it is now useless. We have no intentions of spending good money after bad trying to repair it. It was a wasted, expensive purchase. Even before that, the instructions for setting it up were undecipherable and Wayfair offered no support. I will never purchase from Wayfair again.
