We love it! We do not have any complaints at all. Going this route saved us a ton of money without sacrificing quality and features. We've had four people in with plenty of room to spare for a couple more. Side note, the Jets 2 option doesn't isn't a function for this model, so ignore that button.

Comfortably seats 6, heats up quick, easy to clean. No issues so far, one month in. Follow up from a while later, heating element went bad 2x, Wayfair support unable to assist. Pending resolution from manufacturer

Nice hot tub but came in with chipped peice of trim and a cracked frame from the trim. Jets 2 does nothing at all.

We love our new hot tub! We had one previously but it was very old and we needed an upgrade. This thing heats SO fast compared to the old one. We average about 15 degrees an hour! The lights and waterfall are super cool too. Very happy with our purchase )
