All of these umbrellas broke in different ways and are useless. The crank didn’t work, the strings broke and the tilt wouldn’t go back to straight. We always put them down in any small amount of wind. This was a complete waste of money. No wonder they aren’t available anymore I wish I could have returned them. I would give 0 stars if possible

Purchased the umbrella to replace one also bought from Wayfair. Unfortunately, i didnot open the package until today. End of season. The wrong size was sent! Definitely not 132” measures at 96” Need a resolution!
