These sheets work wonderfully as a replacement for parchment for baking. They act pretty much the same as parchment, can be trimmed to fit baking sheets, and unlike parchment, can be used time and time again for years. Less waste in the trash. They are also less expensive than silicone baking sheets.

You gotta get one of these. About the only way to grill shrimp without tearing them up on a skewer or on the grill. Great for fish too.....really anything. Great for grilling fruit or anything delicate. Clean up is a snap. Reusable.
