I just opened this item to replace the other awning that ripped in the winds. The item does not fit even though I ordered the correct size. Now I am not able to return it. It could be because I've had it for more than 30 days. Although I cannot return it please note that the items does not fit even though it says it is a 10 x 10.

The replacement gazebo canopy fit perfectly and was a good price. It only lasted one season but we do have high winds, which caused the canopy to tear in places. Overall a good deal and will probably purchase again.
