Very happy with this item. It is very sturdy and looks great!

Instructions lacked some clarity. Original delivery had 1 roof piece missing. The roof tile wrapping became tedious to remove. It’s up and we are happy. Hope it can ws CT winter.

The gazebo had damage , the package was taped up. Brackets had to be unbent. Which added a lot of time to the building process

Horrible and not happy. I had my contractor and 3 guys who work for him come over and worked from 8 am till 730 pm and it still didnt get done. They have to come back and finish. The holes on the roof panels did not line up correctly. I was missing washers and some of the panels were damaged.

Love it !! Took little over 5 hours lots of pieces hired 2 people to put it together !! Overall we are happy w the outcome. Hopefully it can hold up for the best of years to come so we can enjoy
