this is my first experience buying gazebo. Today the contractor finished setting up. The product has 2 defects. 1. Assembly Piece G10 is missing (See Pictures). This is on the inside top-side of the gazebo, and is important to hold the mosquito net. Therefore, we could not attach mosquito net to the ceiling, and have to request for the missing part, if WayFair can manage to send us. The contractors said WayFair may have ways to send that missing part, and if that works, he will come back again once i am able to get this missing part from Wayfair. I am not sure how i can do that, plus this contractor may ask additional $$ to come and add this missing part. note - before opening the 7 packages, i had called Wayfair to ensure that those 7 packages are complete. That was correct, but within the packages, part G10 is missing. I had read reviews that if any part is missing, that will be a mess. 2. One of the side poles have a break. I think these are mostly flaw during the production, and not because the delivery company mishandled it. See pictures. Overall, i recommend NOT to buy this product. But i am stuck with it, and hoping my family can still enjoy the gazebo.

Solid Gazebo, took a while to put together, but I expected that. I am really happy with the product.

The actual size of the gazebo does not match with the size they advertize. The roof (galvanized steel sheets) are time consuming to put together. It is a nice looking gazebo.

I haven’t put it up yet but I’m very excited to. I think I’m going to love it! It’s going to be great for family gatherings all year long.

Exactly what I expected delivered on time. Still building it but that's just on us. Not with the directions. Everything is great
