I will never buy anything again nor suggest anyone ever buy from this business. When i was looking into different coolers to buy i asked the online chat person if this cooler came with a battery and they said "yes, correct". It didn't. The cs person whom dealing with on has stopped calling me to either get a battery for or give a refund which she said would happen. Lastly Wayfair kept sending me emails saying it looks like it was resolved when still no battery or partial refunf for lack of battery. As said don't buy from this company. You could EASILY be disappointed. VERY SINCERELY, customer.
