Unbelievable! We knew there was trouble before we even opened the box. The manufacturer seal had already been opened and was very sloppily retaped. Upon opening the box, we found the same. Pieces had been retaped with a very sticky adhesive that left goo on the metal frame. The brand-new product we thought we purchased had a previous buyer that obviously sent it back in a mess. This is no fault of the manufacturer as the product itself seems extremely sturdy and well made. However, shame on the distributor for no quality control for “returns” that they ship back out to customers who believe they're getting brand new untouched product.
