It’s been over 3 weeks since my schedule delivery and haven’t received my product and they didn’t offer a refund option. Worst experience

This arrived with all four arms broken, and much of the buddy scuffed and dinged. I am giving it two stars because in theory- it is lovely. After assembling it does function- albeit a little clumsily. And it does look nice if you dont look too closely. I believe that when you buy new- you should not receive a damaged product, so I am very disappointed with this purchase and hope Wayfair will remedy this. Please excuse the missing arms on the completed photo- we removed them to wood glue and clamp in hopes of repair.

Easy to put together. Very nice and comfortable. I added a few extra pillows just to bring my patio together.

Excellent purchase. High quality wood, shockingly easy to assemble and the colors really pop!

It looks great but unfortunately was missing an important screw to make it stable. The hardware bag was torn open, as was a corner of the box. Tried to email for replacement part and was told it was over 30 days. This was a Christmas present for my son. Was not put together until April when the snow was gone and could be used. Very unfortunate that I could not be sent the missing screw. Wouldn’t have taken much to make it right.
