One part is missing and one is badly warped.

The umbrella arrived broken. Wayfair did a great job sending me a replacement quickly, but the replacement umbrella was warped and didn’t stand up straight.

I purchased these umbrellas through Wayfair because they were significantly cheaper than going directly through the manufacturer. We have used these umbrellas at an HOA and they have lasted 5 years so far. We have only had one break during that time frame. This order the chains were not connected to the pins, but that was an easy fix for me.

I love this umbrella. It has lasted three years and looks great!

The shipping is fast. The umbrella is well made and the color is very pretty.
