I received the wrong items on Order No. 2872902570. I ordered three sets of three-panel awnings, but received three sets of single-panel awnings. I called customer service to arrange a return, but both the representative and her supervisor, Ricardo, were rude and unhelpful. The way I was treated was completely unacceptable. I was put on hold for what seemed like an eternity. Both customer service were rude, unhelpful, obnoxious, and simply incompetent. This was an extremely frustrating experience, especially since I was only trying to resolve an order that Wayfair got wrong. I waited a long time for these awnings and needed them, only to receive the wrong products. Because of this experience, I will never purchase from Wayfair again. Remove my saved credit card and payment information from your system, to the extent permitted by law. I will no longer be using Wayfair due to my recent experience with my incorrect order and the poor customer service I received. Please confirm once my account has been permanently deleted.

Did not fit my space. Had to return for a refund.

I have yet to install the product. It does look well designed and should be easy to assemble and install. The only problem was I ordered black brackets with grey poly canopy. What I got was grey brackets and clear poly canopy. I can still use it. Thinking about painting brackets black. That’s the reason for four stars and not five.
