I had ordered the dark brown awning and was sent the beige. They did offer me a discount to keep the one I was shipped and we were able to make it work. The assembly was a bit tricky and the instructions could have been better. One part was mislabeled and was actually a duplicate of its sister part. This required us drilling holes through the metal. We had the drill and bit to do this bit if you don't, it would be a problem that would require returning or having a replacement part shipped. The part on the left in the photos is the one we had to drill. You can see the predrilled holes on the wrong end in the other photo. Once assembled, it is a good awning for the price.

I like it. Works and looks great. My only issue was the expansion bolts to mount it are for solid brick walls, not 2 inch stucco on a building. Ill have to go to the hardware store to get different materials to mount correctly.
