SEPTEMBER \ OCTOBER 2023 Old Review EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED - DO NOT BUY THIS PERGOLA! I cannot express enough how deeply dissatisfied and upset I am with my recent purchase of a pergola from Wayfair. This product is an absolute disaster, nothing like what was advertised. Firstly, the quality is shockingly cheap, and it feels almost like plastic rather than the sturdy structure I expected. Its a far cry from the robust and durable pergola portrayed in the product images. To make matters worse, this so-called pergola couldnt even withstand a gentle breeze. The slightest wind caused it to break and deform, leaving me utterly astounded by its fragility. And as for the curtains that came with it, they were no match for even a bit of rain. Water completely destroyed them, rendering them useless in no time. Furthermore, the drainage system of this pergola is a joke. It doesnt effectively drain water away from the curtains, resulting in constant waterlogging and damage. In summary, I implore anyone considering this product to steer clear. Its falsely advertised, incredibly cheap in quality, and cannot withstand average weather conditions. My experience with this pergola has been nothing short of a nightmare. Wayfair, youve seriously let me down with this one! --- January 14th 2024 Update Unresolved Nightmare - Sellers DECEPTION EXPOSED Months have passed since our purchase in September, and the nightmare with Wayfair persists. As of January 2024, they continue to find excuses instead of offering a straightforward solution. We have involved our lawyer, considering potential legal action against both the seller and the platform. Wayfair insists on replacing pieces under warranty, forcing us to keep a cheap and visibly destroyed pergola that we do not want. This coercive tactic appears to be in violation of consumer rights, and any lawyer reading this review would likely agree. We have paid for installation, and despite our distressing experience, Wayfair only offers to refund half of the value. Its absurd that they expect us to uninstall and ship it back, essentially working for them for free. We strongly advise everyone not to give up on their integrity in such situations. Legal avenues are being explored, and we encourage others to consider small claims court as a means of holding Wayfair accountable. Its a different ball game when they are dragged into legal proceedings. This ongoing ordeal has not only been financially draining but emotionally taxing. Wayfairs refusal to address the issue appropriately has left us with no choice but to pursue legal avenues for resolution. Was really cute at first. Then it got destroyed in a storm. Does not hold up. Don’t buy this.

do not buy this article, too indelible, not strong, had a week installed, look what happened. only with a little rain. Ill call Wayfair support to see if they can help me.

The structure and look is nice. If I would have know any slight wind would blow the top off I prob wouldn’t have bought it.

It’s really sturdy and looks nice and elegant in the backyard yard. The removable tarp makes it easy to clean.
