Overall I've always been satisfied with Wayfair. This last order was a little misleading When we called the vendor for the gas container they never answered nor responded. We had to return the heaters as a result Don't think we should have been charged for the return.

Knob broke off with the first use, dealing with customer service was a nightmare, I’d spend twice as much to have a product the company stood behind, and was well-made. I never received my part, rigged it and within a month the unit did not work.
