This would have been 5 stars, but I had to have the item shipped to me 3 times due to it being damaged during shipping the first two times. However the return/replacement process was awesome. Regarding the product, it IS a bit fragile and needs a lot of packaging when shipped. But it's exactly as it appears. Looks like a lifelike bulldog puppy!
